PRIVATE LABEL PARTNER ACCESS
Submitting an application does not guarantee approval.
Private-label purchasing privileges are granted only after Spray Studio Supply approves the applicant and all required agreements have been completed.
Spray Studio Supply reserves the right to approve, decline, suspend or terminate account access in accordance with its Partner Agreement and policies.
ACCOUNT SECURITY
Approved Partners are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.
Account access and private-label pricing may not be transferred, sold or shared with another business.
PRODUCT INFORMATION
We make reasonable efforts to display product information accurately.
Products, ingredients, packaging, components, fragrances, sizes, specifications, pricing and availability may change from time to time.
PRICING
All prices and volume-pricing programs are subject to change prospectively.
Displayed pricing applicable to an approved Partner is determined by the Partner’s account status, order quantity and applicable pricing rules.
ORDERS
Spray Studio Supply reserves the right to reject, limit, cancel or place an order on hold when reasonably necessary because of:
- inventory availability;
- suspected fraud;
- account misuse;
- pricing or technical errors;
- regulatory or safety concerns;
- breach of Partner policies; or
- other legitimate business reasons.
PAYMENT
Payment is required at order unless alternative written payment terms have been expressly approved.
SHIPPING
Product shipping charges are calculated and invoiced separately after an order has been prepared.
Orders are not released for shipment until applicable shipping charges have been paid.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Spray Studio, Spray Studio Supply and related names, logos, designs, photographs, graphics, product names, content and other intellectual property belong to Spray Studio, LLC or their respective rights holders.
No website content may be copied, reproduced, republished, used for another product line or commercially exploited without written authorization.

Approved Private Label Partners are also subject to their signed Private Label Partner Agreement and Partner Terms + Policies.
If these website Terms conflict with a signed Private Label Partner Agreement regarding the private-label relationship, the signed Agreement controls.
CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms of Service periodically by posting the revised version to this website.
Continued use of the website after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated website terms to the extent permitted by law.
