WHO CAN ORDER FROM SPRAY STUDIO SUPPLY?
Ordering is reserved for approved private-label business partners. Anyone may browse the site, but pricing and purchasing access are available only after application, approval and completion of the Private Label Partner Agreement.
HOW DO I APPLY?
Complete our Private Label Partner Application. We’ll review your business, brand vision and growth plans and contact you if your application is approved.
WHAT ARE YOUR MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITIES?
Our standard minimum is 25 units per individual SKU/variant, per order.
Different products, sizes, fragrances or variants cannot be combined to meet a minimum.
HOW DOES VOLUME PRICING WORK?
Current standard partner pricing is:
25–49 units: 40% off current MSRP
50–199 units: 50% off current MSRP
200+ units: 55% off current MSRP
All tiers apply per individual SKU/variant.
CAN I MIX PRODUCTS TO REACH A PRICING TIER?
No. Quantity requirements are calculated separately for each SKU/variant.
DO YOU APPLY LABELS?
Yes.
You may choose to have your products shipped unlabeled or have Spray Studio Supply apply your approved labels for the current per-unit application fee.
CAN YOU ORDER MY LABELS FOR ME?
In certain situations, yes. You may print and supply your own approved labels or request assistance coordinating label printing. Additional printing, shipping and application charges may apply.
DO I HAVE TO PUT SPRAY STUDIO SUPPLY ON MY LABEL?
No. Your product is intended to be sold under your brand.
You are responsible for ensuring your finished label contains the legally required business, ingredient, warning and other applicable information.
HOW LONG DOES PRODUCTION TAKE?
Typical production and fulfillment is approximately 2–3 weeks, but timing varies based on inventory, components, order volume and supply-chain conditions.
Lead times are estimates, not guarantees.
HOW IS SHIPPING CHARGED?
Shipping is not charged at checkout.
Once your order is complete and packed, we determine the appropriate UPS or freight method based on actual shipment size, weight, destination and order volume.
You’ll receive a separate shipping invoice that must be paid before your order is released.
CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER?
Yes. Local pickup is available for eligible orders.

CAN I RETURN PRIVATE-LABEL PRODUCTS?
Private-label products are final sale.
If something arrives damaged, leaking, missing or incorrectly fulfilled, contact us within 5 business days of delivery and we’ll review the issue.
CAN I WHOLESALE MY PRIVATE-LABEL PRODUCTS TO OTHER BUSINESSES?
Third-party wholesale distribution requires prior written approval from Spray Studio Supply.
You may not purchase blank products through your account for another company to label, rebrand or resell.
WHAT HAPPENS AS MY BRAND GETS BIGGER?
We love that problem.
Larger-volume partners may eventually qualify for individually negotiated pricing or production arrangements based on purchasing volume and operational requirements.
